How do you protect paper goods and notebooks from bending during transit?

Paper, stickers, and crisp book corners require absolute security during shipping. Every Arvanelle order is enclosed in water-resistant protective wrapping, padded with rigid backing boards to prevent any creasing, and shipped inside heavy-duty, crush-resistant boxes or padded mailers to guarantee your notebooks arrive completely flat and pristine.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your Arvanelle package straight to your mailbox.

Do your notebooks bleed through if I use fountain pens or heavy highlighters?

Not at all! We use premium, high-GSM thick paper specifically selected for its superior ink resistance. It provides a smooth gliding surface that handles fountain pen inks, standard gel rollers, and highlighters effortlessly with zero bleed-through and minimal ghosting.

What does "Lay-Flat Binding" mean?

What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your new tools! We accept returns on completely unused, unwritten-in stationery items in their original, factory-sealed cellophane wrap or packaging within 30 days of delivery.
